This month's Deans' Corner focuses on the School's name change, from Católica Porto Business School to Católica Porto School of Business and Economics:

"A change of name may seem insignificant. In this case, it is intended to mean precisely the opposite. (...)

It is in this context that a new signature also emerges: Irreplaceable Humans. This is not about denying technology. Quite the opposite. Business schools have a responsibility to prepare students, executives and organisations to understand artificial intelligence, use it and explore its full potential. Ignoring it would be just as irresponsible as using it without critical thinking."
