Roman Barwinski is Lecturer in International Business and Strategy at the University of Bristol Business School. His research focuses on understanding how digital transformation is changing social and firm environments, specifically, top managers' capabilities in dealing with these challenging and uncertain situations. 

In this seminar, Roman Barwinski will address the return on investment in digital technology, presenting metacognition as a crucial differentiating factor. Metacognition allows top management to challenge and adapt their cognitive structures.
