Católica Porto Business School and Porto Tech Hub have launched Leading the Exponential Enterprise, a new executive education programme designed to prepare leaders for the challenges of digital transformation, artificial intelligence and innovation in increasingly fast-moving business contexts.
Co-created by the two institutions, the programme combines Católica Porto Business School’s experience in executive education with Porto Tech Hub’s connection to the technology ecosystem, drawing on the Exponential Organisations (ExO) methodology to support companies and leaders in driving growth, agility and sustainable impact.
Aimed at C-level executives, founders, entrepreneurs, innovation directors and professionals with strategic responsibilities, the programme offers a practical and applied approach: each participant is challenged to work on a real case from their own organisation, developing a concrete solution to accelerate transformation, innovation and value creation within their business context.
Throughout the programme, participants will explore topics such as artificial intelligence strategy, digital transformation, organisational agility, exponential innovation, sustainability, growth models and organisational readiness to integrate technology strategically. The programme culminates in the development of a structured plan, ready to be presented and implemented within the organisation.
According to João Pinto, Dean of Católica Porto Business School, “this programme reflects Católica Porto Business School's commitment to preparing leaders for the era of exponential transformation, through practical, collaborative methodologies designed to create impact in organisations”.
The creation of this programme is part of the strategic collaboration between Católica Porto Business School and Porto Tech Hub, focused on promoting technological training, innovation, talent development and stronger connections between academia, companies and the digital ecosystem.
With this new offering, Católica Porto Business School reinforces its role in preparing leaders capable of making strategic decisions in fast-changing environments, integrating technology, business vision and responsibility in the transformation of organisations.
